  39. Actually, this will not work. The above answer will make a portion of the 
  40. surface transparent (according to the grey levels in the image). But the 
  41. question is how to make part of the image being mapped transparent and 
  42. there is not a way to do this in Lightwave currently. It is a feature 
  43. that is sorely needed.
